Be a survey maven like Martha Stewart

Are you so successful that you believe that you don’t need scientific feedback on a regular basis?

Whether you like or dislike Martha Stewart no one can deny her business success. Ms. Stewart has become a regular user of Twitter and a huge advocate of the importance of regularly conducting market research studies.

“She also stresses that Twitter is an excellent source of research. “I can do surveys instantly,” boasts Stewart, citing how she asks her followers about which products they want to see from her company. “It’s always accurate, informative, and to the point.”

If Martha Stewart sees the value and importance of regular feedback and research what is holding you back? Hopefully its not a fear of success or the trepidation of learning what your stakeholders (customers, employees, vendors, prospects, etc.) are thinking about your business.

In order for your business to move forward having feedback is the power which enables you to succeed where others fail. Many businesses believe that market research is too expensive or an arduous process that does not offer quantifiable results. Both of these assumptions are incorrect!
