Is this survey valid? →
If a credit card company conducts a shopping survey, and the preponderance of the data is solicited from its own card members, and those same card members still shop, but don’t use that particular credit card to make their purchases, is the research statistically valid?
What if they paid with cash or check, or used a different branded credit card?
